Alli will be the first person you speak with when planning your event.
Alli grew up cooking and baking alongside her mom, and developed her passion from there. She started working in professional kitchens at sixteen, becoming an apprentice and then graduating from Niagara College Culinary Management Program. After completing her Chef Apprenticeship and journeyman papers in Niagara on the Lake at Vintage Hotels, she returned to school to complete the Patissier Program. She then moved on to be the Pastry Chef at Brock University and White Oaks Resort.
With their family growing, in 2012 Alli and Greg felt a need to shift their long hours in separate kitchens to start a business they could grow together.
Chef Greg Brown
Greg grew up in the heart of Niagara, on the Bench in Vineland. He graduated from the Hospitality and Restaurant Management program at Fanshawe College. From then he spent time working in family owned Restaurants, Private Estates, and Hotels.
Growing up in Vineland he feels passionately about working with local growers to highlight what our beautiful region has to offer.
